Brand Ambassador - Part Time

Northern California

We are looking for a friendly, helpful, and energetic individual to join our Brand Ambassador team. This role interacts directly with consumers and retailers to educate them about Kin Slips and sublingual science. Our Brand Ambassadors are strong communicators who promote trust in the science of cannabis and dispel misinformation when confronted with it. This role is currently part time, with the possibility of growing into a full time position.


  • Interface directly with patients, retail staff, and key industry members

  • Participate in product demos and Budtender Clinics as the face of Kin Slips

  • Educate dispensary staff and customers about Kin Slips and sublingual science

  • Cultivate positive relationships with all dispensary staff from security to owners

  • Work with Marketing Director to manage the demo calendar

  • Actively seek new demo opportunities for Kin Slips

  • Thoroughly understand Kin Slips products as well as all competitors

  • Provide customer feedback and event recap reports to the Sales, Marketing, and Production departments

  • Engage in clear and thoughtful communication with all members of the Kin Slips team


  • Excellent time management skills and proven punctuality

  • 3+ years work experience as a brand ambassador or sales person

  • Ability to speak eloquently and passionately about scientific concepts

  • General cannabis industry knowledge including brands, consumption methods, key players, etc.

  • Must have reliable transportation and Valid CA Driver's License

  • Must be flexible within the 40 hour work week – some nights and weekends will be required

Production Technician


We are looking for an energetic, alert, and motivated individual to join our Production team. This role is an integral part of our production process. Primary functions include assembling and inspecting products, cleaning and organizing production stations, operating and maintaining light machinery, and of course adhering to all operational safety guidelines and standards.


  • Assemble product parts by hand

  • Sort products based on quality standards

  • Observe and remove faulty or damaged items from inventory

  • Inspect assembled products to ensure they are up to quality standards

  • Affixe labels and other exterior details to products

  • Package completed products in preparation for shipment

  • Ensure workstation is clean and free of hazardous materials

  • Clean any equipment used throughout shift

  • Clean operation floor

  • Complete assigned tasks within the given deadline

  • Communicate equipment and production issues to immediate supervisor

  • Fix machinery or equipment issues as needed

  • Unload, organize, track, and stock all shipments

  • Adhere to all safety guidelines dictating the production and handling of materials in the factory


  • Excellent time management skills and proven punctuality

  • Ability to interpret instruction guides and follow a recipe

  • Great analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Keen eye for detail

  • Tidy and organized, understands the importance of mise en place

  • Ability to stay focused and work efficiently through repetitive tasks

  • CA State Food Handlers Card or ability to take and pass the exam to acquire one

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and sit or stand for extended periods of time

  • Physical dexterity for assembling small and delicate components

  • Reliable transportation to and from work is a must

  • Basic computer literacy

  • 21+ only per state regulations
